Kathy dropped me off at work with my backpack, and I took bart to sfo.

When I got to SFO they were looking for volunteers.
Alot of people were upset that they weren't going to get home until at least tomorrow.
They were offering $625 to volunteer
I tried, but they couldn't guarantee I would make my connection to Vienna in London
Then they raised the offer to $1200

I paid for an ecomony plus upgrades on my American flights to Chicago and London.
On the way to Chicago I got the front row of economy plus in my 737 seat 7F

It is the best feeling ever to have the app tell you your bag is on the plane!
Until... you realize there's a lap baby in back of you kicking your seat

I was psyched to that my flight was supposed to be full, but there's nobody in either seat next to me - I'm in 14L
Then the guy who was directly in back of me moved up to take my aisle seat
I wasn't too happy but couldn't say anything, I certainly would have done the same thing.

My hotel, Pension Nossek
The hotel is on the 3rd floor
This was the only affordable place with air conditioning in the city center.
The en suite bathroom was poor and had barely functional plumbing.
I later determined the elevator shaft had a whiff of sewage, reflecting the barely functional plumbing.
