We toured the back roads of Youngstown and Niagara Falls on the way to the Niagara Aerospace Museum.
When we arrived there was a 13 car motorcade w 2 state trooper cars and a police dog
We assumed this was for the governor of new york since I none of us could imagine anyone else getting so much attention.
I asked 3 guys near the motorcade what was going on, they said they didn't speak English.
I asked the rest of the group what was going on, they said "work stuff", in other words, piss off.

Finally 2 hours later we saw Kyrgyz Republic plane serial number 10001
(aka their only plane, I assume) land and about 40 people exited and
got into the motorcade.
Later determined that we saw the President of Kyrgrzistan on his way to the United Nations....
